Maybe you've forgotten, but...In providing a custom creative, luxury female empowerment experience, I'm here to help you remember and reclaim your confidence and the sparkle you might have lost in the hustle and bustle of life, whether that's due to the high demands of motherhood or society's expectations. If you're recovering from a faith transition, rediscovering what it means to be your fullest self outside of being a mom, or just wanting to feel joy in your body again, let's work together!
The process
01. customizing YOUR SESSION
You'll receive a free consultation at least 6 weeks before your session either in my home office or at a coffee shop or other public cafe of sorts (Zoom meeting available if you're outside of the Utah County/SLC area). Here we will go over your vision and collaborate together to create a magical, custom experience for you.
We'll keep in touch via email, first being the contract and invoice, next being creating a mood board together on Pinterest, and finalizing every detail of your session. Every session includes hair and makeup styling from a licensed HMUA, but we can get more elaborate with props/set design, wardrobe styling or keep it simple; whatever your heart desires,
02. BEGINNING YOUR SESSION
For every female empowerment session, we'll begin with a quick embodiment practice (whether that's shakin' booty to my "Embolden" playlist on Spotify or a more intuitive Empty Out session) to help calm any nerves, connect you back with your body, and tap into your sparkle.
03. DURING YOUR SESSION
We'll chat and listen to some beats, while I direct you into playful movements that often feel ridiculous but make for the best images. I'll always be your biggest cheerleader and remind you how glorious and AMAAAAAZING you look!
I provide a safe, supportive and private environment for all my clients (nature sessions are less private, I can't control people passing by out in public, but I do choose private locations and provide a robe to cover up if you're doing any boudoir in the wild and a stranger happens to appear).
04. after your session
1-7 DAYS after your session you'll receive a sneak peek and ooh and ahh at how GOOD you look.
2-3 WEEKS after your session we'll do an in-person reveal where we'll go over
