While shopping for snow boots one day in Lehi, Utah a local told us that the snow is a novelty and the magic will wear off...
Sir, please don't destroy our spirit, we're LOVING it here. And I'm sure it's all in the mindset. I plan to keep the spirit of winter alive for our family for as long as possible, year after year, thank you very much!
We took advantage of our first weekend here and hit the road through Provo Canyon. I've always wanted to see Midway, so we drove through and my goodness, even in the dead of winter, I'm obsessed! Such a sweet little town! On the way back out of Midway, driving down Main St, a particularly gorgeous restaurant caught my eye and I demanded that we go back maybe in the spring, because, OMG!!

The Cafe Galleria is so charming. I'm thinking a reservation here for a romantic evening with my sweet husband without our 3 babes sounds INCREDIBLE!
